Yes, we offer nationwide shipping for select cakes and treats via UPS. To ensure freshness, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays.
Can I place an order online for in-store pickup?
Absolutely. When checking out, select the 'Local Pickup' option and choose your preferred Chicago location and pickup time.
How should I store my cake once it arrives?
Our cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature. If you are not serving it immediately, please refrigerate it upon arrival, but allow it to sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours before serving for the best texture and flavor.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?

What is your return policy for baked goods?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can make it right.
